Great experience with this company. Michelle in admin is fabulous, very responsive & a positive attitude. The team of installers, wow! world class. Herbert deserves a promotion, he is so knowledgeable and excellent EQ. He found something the sale rep Henrico missed on 2 visits. He was able to pick it up in 2 minutes of being onsite. I wish he had done the initial sale visit. The team of Nigeria and France, were superb. The only draw back was our experience with Henrico, it took 2 visit to pick on things he missed ( our chimney was blocked, he said its open and the old fireplace which had to be removed need specialised equipment) and there was yet still more mistakes that lead to a delay in our installation on the day. ~ Simone N

I am beyond happy with my fireplace conversion from gas Jetmaster to wood burning Infinity fireplace. From my 1st call with Henrico, who was very helpful with consultation and measurements, 1st appointment all measurements were done and Ive been put in touch with company shut off the gas supply. Juanita made an appointment and confirmed our appointment a day in advance. Herbert, Daniel and Carlton arrived on the day for installation, on time, answered all my questions, and what I appreciate so much is the measurements taken to protect my furniture, tiles, rug and mantlepiece before they started working. The team consulted with me throughout the installation and problem solved to the best solutions to install the fireplace. They did an outstanding job, precise measurements and workmanship resulted in a beautiful installed fireplace. I highly recommend Fireplace Warehouse! ~ Laetitia V

I DON'T LIKE FIREPLACE WAREHOUSE!... I LOVE IT!!! From start to finish it's been the most beautiful relationship I have had in a long time. Awanda's kind polite and quiet professionalism from December last year, to date, has been a breath of fresh air in a rather depressing time for me of late. When I "finally" got permission from my Body Corporate to go ahead with the installation, Lance and Everton where down here (Bloemfontein!), in-a-Flash and installed my "beautiful machine", I'm sure, in record time. It took less than 4 hours from the guys pulling up at my place to cleaning up and heading out back to JHB. Beautiful (I've used that word a lot) installation, aesthetically pleasing and technically sound suggestions gave way to a very satisfying result in the final placing of my Flue and Fireplace! Suffice to say I am an extremely happy customer... ...AND THE OSCAR GOES TO...FIREPLACE WAREHOUSE!!! ~ Steve

Patrick at Fireplace Warehouse honey crest gave me the best service recently when I bought my Kommado Jan. He knew everything about the product I enquired about, and was of great help. When I collected the Braai, he assisted all the way to make sure it fits into my car, nothing scratches my car, and that it doesn’t fall over will I am driving. This for me is going above and beyond and I appreciated it a lot. To top it off he knew it was a birthday gift, he gave me a HUGE bow to put on the braai, with two pack of “charcoal” for the braai! A winter or two ago, I mailed an enquiry through to Fireplace Warehouse. A few weeks later we had new fireplace installed. From the rapid response times, great time keeping and quality workmanship this team is simply the best practice example. Excellent service, they took their own time to sweep the chimney, service the fireplace and advised replacement parts. Booking was very swift and professional. They team onsite know the product and love what they do as they took enough time to explain to us the use of different functions of our fireplace unit operational wise.
